Have you ever wondered why our loved ones often appear younger and more vibrant when they visit us in dreams or spiritual encounters? This remarkable phenomenon seems to occur in many such experiences, especially when the person had a difficult or traumatic passing.

Is it possible that our loved ones are intentionally presenting a healthier, more radiant version of themselves to reassure us that they are well on the other side? Could it be that the other side is a place of natural healing and renewal, where all who enter are restored and, in turn, shine with that transformation? Or perhaps it’s a combination of both.

Some suggest that this youthful appearance might be a psychological mechanism. Our brains may shape the image of our loved ones in a more comforting way to help us cope with grief. While that’s a valid perspective, I am drawn more to spiritual renewal and intentional reassurance.
