As I prepared for the mission ahead, I came to understand that my greatest challenge would be finding my inner peace. We all have chapters in our lives of which we are not proud, and some may be far too painful or shameful to recall. My communicator on the other side told me that guilt, shame, resentment, and similar emotions are not only detrimental to us, but can also create vulnerabilities that energies from the lower spheres may latch onto and exploit.
Facing some of the wrongs I had committed was far more daunting than confronting the energies from the lower spheres. Like everybody else, I carried a bag full of regret, guilt, shame, and other difficult emotions. I had absolute trust in my communicator, yet I still recoiled from these memories. I never felt brave enough to confront them. However, I understood that if I were to help others rid themselves of negative intrusions from the lower spheres, I first had to be adequately prepared within myself.
My late, dear friend Paula, a psychotherapist and spiritualist, guided me through the process. It was painful at times. No one can judge you more harshly than you can judge yourself. The process took time, and during this period I refrained from offering my services at the church. My own journey of inner healing had only just begun.
“He who is without sin, cast the first stone.”
These words helped me tremendously. They taught me to accept that none of us is perfect and that we all carry blemishes of which we may not be proud. Eventually, after many hours and many tears, I learned to forgive myself and let go.
When the time was finally right, I began my healing and exorcism service at the church, and people came from far and wide seeking help. The cases were challenging. I witnessed a great deal of pain and suffering, but I was tasked with helping these troubled souls look beyond their pain and focus on its source.
The entities tried their best to deter me, but their efforts never worked. I had spent so long confronting and working through my own issues that nothing they said or did could affect me anymore. I recognised their pathetic attempts for what they truly were, and this gave me a deep sense of inner satisfaction in knowing that I was serving the Light.
