I do not usually retain memories from my sessions, but here are some reactions from the other side:
A non-believing businessman said to his wife, “I wish I had known this before coming here.”
A doctor, in disbelief, turned to his wife and said, “I never thought this was possible. There’s so much more for us to understand. I’m not sure where to start.”
Even a murder victim, reaching out to her distraught mother after many years, offered reassurance: “You don’t need to seek justice or hold onto your anger. It’s not as bad as you think here. I’m doing just fine.”
From their perspective, death is truly a great liberator, bringing profound relief and peace. We do not lose our individuality, personality, or memories. We go as we are. If a person used colourful language in life, they would still use the same language on the other side. They do not suddenly become someone else. We remain ourselves, with the added ability to see the world from a broader and more eclectic perspective. Most of the people who come through express a similar sense of wonder at how clearly and simply they can now comprehend things. Many say the issues that once felt important on Earth no longer hold the same weight. This sense of wonder and clarity should inspire us to live our lives with a broader perspective.
