I sometimes wonder whether spirits deliberately leave physical traces of their visits to affirm that the experience was real. They can enter our domain without leaving any evidence, so I question whether these traces are accidental or carry a deeper meaning. Yet even when their presence is accompanied by physical phenomena, some people still doubt it, including those who may have experienced it themselves.

I once helped a patient who was deeply troubled and needed me to clear negative energy that had been seriously affecting him. When I finished the session, I went home feeling exhausted and depleted. I went to bed early that night, but I slept restlessly. Strangely, I woke up the next day and found myself in a different bedroom. The most noticeable detail was the scratch marks on my neck. They looked distinctly like fingernail marks, with deep grooves and an angry, dark red colour. Even more unsettling was the fact that I had no awareness of being scratched while asleep.

When I shared my experience the next day, everyone was dismissive, suggesting that I had probably scratched myself. I tend to stay grounded, but this explanation didn’t make sense because I always keep my nails trimmed. It did not seem possible that I could have caused such marks on my own.

I have observed that some people find it difficult to grasp possibilities that defy logic, even when they are initially open-minded about the subject. I do not take it personally. People are entitled to their opinions, and as long as I am convinced, what others think does not really matter.
