This is my place of healing—a quaint little park near my home. I visit it often, especially when my energy is lower than usual. Some of my mediumship sessions can be emotionally heavy, and I find that the pond and wildlife offer me a space to release my feelings and begin my own healing process.

I sit on a bench facing the pond and start with the Lord’s Prayer. Then, I ask the blessed angels for healing. Sometimes, I sit in silence or listen to gentle meditation music. Occasionally, I experience visions—almost like daydreams, but more profound. At times, I feel tears welling up, and I surrender to them, knowing it’s healthy to cry.

Though I strive to remain professional in my work, I am deeply affected when a session involves the loss of a child. I often find myself grieving alongside the parents, and it takes time for me to return to my center. Mother Nature has a unique way of comforting my heart and soul—she heals and restores me. The blessed angels remind me that while they care for those who have passed, I am here to care for their loved ones.

I stay at the park as long as I need, leaving only when I feel grounded again. Nature is such a loving, nurturing energy and a powerful healer. I encourage you to seek solace in nature, where you are safe, and surrender to its beauty and magic.
