I sometimes reflect on what my life might have been like if I had not been born with the ability to communicate with the other side. Would I have been as happy as I am now, or maybe even happier? I know I would have been more secure if I had stayed in the family business, but I don’t believe I would have fulfilled my calling by choosing the “safe bet.”
I take my life’s mission very seriously and dedicate myself fully to it. It is a great responsibility that requires commitment and a genuine desire to help others find peace. Having an ability, or even multiple abilities, is not enough. These are simply tools. What matters far more is using them for the benefit of others.
I don’t like to see people hurting when I know that I can help. I want to do whatever I can to lift their spirits, no matter how dark their world may feel. Before each session, I pray. I ask for permission to serve, and I ask for forgiveness, guidance, and protection. I end my prayer by asking that I may convey messages of hope, faith, healing, and love, and that these messages reach the hearts of my clients. I don’t just recite this prayer from memory. I speak it with intention and sincerity, from the bottom of my heart. I want to do whatever I can, in whatever ways I can, for those who need guidance and support.
Abilities alone are meaningless, as far as I am concerned, unless a person comes from the heart and with love. Love is the true magic that makes the world go round.
