The ability to read is truly remarkable only when it produces meaningful results by improving others’ lives. A reading should leave a lasting positive impact, one that resonates in a person’s life for a long time, if not forever.

I remember when my father-in-law passed away. I took my wife across England for a sitting with a remarkable reader named Alison. My wife had been deeply attached to her father, and his passing left an emotional chasm within her. She felt suspended between emotions and unable to move forward. Alison made us feel immediately welcome and at ease, and she soon began relaying messages from my wife’s father. Everything she shared was accurate. What started as confirmation gradually became messages of comfort and healing.

One of the most memorable moments came when Alison asked my wife about my father-in-law’s teeth, whether they went in and out, and what that might mean. My wife and I burst out laughing. Her father used to push his false teeth in and out to amuse the children in Africa, where he lived. It was his signature gesture, one that delighted everyone around him, especially the children.

That simple message brought my wife reassurance and healing. It affirmed that her father had not only survived what we call death, but that he had also retained his individuality, personality, and character entirely. Since that day, my wife has found herself in a far better emotional place. She still misses her father at times, of course, but the sense of blockage, the emotional knot she once carried, is now gone.

This was a quality reading because it encompassed healing on many levels. It reflected the very essence of serving others.

From my communicator on the other side:

“The ability is for you to serve others and not yourself. You will not go hungry or cold. You will receive only what you need.  You walk in the Light now. You walk with us now.”
