What about forgiving others?
Forgiving those who have wronged us takes a lot of inner kindness to overcome our hurt. It is not an easy process; most of us struggle with it. I, for one, find it very hard to overcome certain feelings and forgive sometimes. We learn from experiences every day, and I remind myself that I, too, will have wronged others at some point and will also seek their forgiveness.
Is it a prerequisite that we forgive others before transitioning to the other side? Will our transition fail to be complete in any way if we forgo the opportunity?
I posed my question in prayer and contemplation to the other side, and I was inspired with the following:
“There are different levels of hurt, some that you can resolve, and others may need divine intervention. Embrace what you can achieve and not what you can’t; you are human.”
Love conquers all things great and small.
