It is healthy to ask questions, research, and investigate the paranormal and related topics. There is so much for us to discover and learn. The challenge is knowing where to draw the line, keeping our interest in the subject in check without allowing it to become an obsession. We have to live our lives and learn from our experiences to grow. If we focus only on seeking answers and exploring the paranormal, life will pass us by very quickly indeed. Balance is the key to our well-being, and it is paramount that we live our lives first and foremost. This is why we are here.

I generally avoid the subject and only address questions, answers, or theories during the Q&A sessions I organise from time to time. Many years ago, I was searching for answers and trying to make sense of it all. I even felt that I had collected pieces of the puzzle and was certain that I had discovered some of the answers. I became so absorbed in my search that I neglected my studies and other responsibilities, which was extremely detrimental at the time. I withdrew from the world around me, and my connection to reality became distorted. I found myself immersed in an intangible world that was paradoxical and incomprehensible in every way. Although I believed I had found answers, I ultimately ended up with more questions, and the pieces of the puzzle that I thought I possessed proved to be of little value.

As I grew older, I learned to accept that it is best to keep my feet firmly on the ground, enjoy life, and leave certain questions alone. I saw little to no benefit in pursuing the paranormal in that way, endlessly seeking answers to impossible questions while wasting my time and energy. I have come to accept that we can only know so much, as this subject lies beyond our full comprehension. Naturally, through my work as a reader and healer, I have gained a limited level of knowledge through experience, and that is enough for me. I would rather spend time with my family, including our adorable cat, Lookie.
