“The darker it gets, the brighter you must shine. You are now an instrument of hope, faith, and love.”
I remember these words from my communicator on the other side when I first embarked on my service. I was young and naive, going through a phase of self-importance, unable to see beyond myself. Little did I know at the time that my ability was never about me but was granted so that I might serve others. As I grew older and witnessed the remarkable positive transformations in my clients and healing patients, I was humbled and came to appreciate that I could use my gift to help others. I can connect with loved ones from the other side, bringing comfort and peace to others. This ability, though simple, has a profound positive impact that restores faith and instils hope.
Most of my clients have experienced the lasting and painful memories of their loved ones at funerals. It is my hope to replace those sad memories with ones filled with great happiness, knowing that their precious ones are very much alive on the other side.
Having abilities is not enough; they are merely tools an instrument may use in service. I had to go through years of soul-searching, therapy, and the bitter taste of many losses. I had to journey through the dark tunnel and balance on the edge from where many never returned; my sanity was tested. Ultimately, I learned that I had to endure these experiences to feel what others feel every day of their lives. I am fortunate because my ability brings me hope, and now I use it to help others connect with their loved ones on the other side. Most importantly, I help them find their beautiful and sacred light of love.
