Of all the connections I make to the other side, those with children are the most beautiful yet the hardest. I never know who or what to expect when clients book a session, as I always ask them not to share any prior information. When children come through, their communication is often the purest. They are innocent, playful, and usually very clear. I love children, especially the little angels on the other side.
One day, a couple booked a session with me. Unbeknownst to me, they had tragically lost their precious daughter. I started the session and immediately sensed a young presence nearby. In my mind’s eye, I saw a little girl; I will refer to her as JJ for the sake of this article. Before the session, I had no knowledge of JJ, yet I could feel her energy so vividly.
JJ conveyed message after message to her parents, bringing them to tears. She even showed me how she tilted her head playfully when being cheeky. She revealed her favourite toys, the stray cat she used to feed and a lizard often perched above a picture in their living room. The session was incredibly emotional. Her parents confirmed every detail, saying it was undeniably their daughter.
A few months later, they booked another session, and once again, JJ came through with more evidence. Her parents were deeply moved and thanked me. But towards the end of our session, JJ shifted her focus to me, repeating, “Uncle Garo, Uncle Garo.”. When I relayed this to her parents, they smiled and said she must like me. I tried to hold back my emotions as I ended the session.
Once it was over, I couldn’t contain my tears. I grieved for JJ’s parents but was also profoundly moved. To be considered dear to the heart of a little angel on the other side was a blessing beyond words.
