Have you ever noticed the sound of a specific animal before someone’s death? My most recent experience involved a bird or an owl making an unnatural, haunting noise outside our home the night before my best friend died in my arms. At the time, we were puzzled by this sound, as we had never heard anything like it before. We opened the balcony door and went outside, but the bird neither left nor ceased its persistent cries.
Could this have been an omen? I do not know. Just as animals and birds can detect seismic activity and anticipate earthquakes well in advance, could it be that they can also sense death?
Over the years, I have observed that this phenomenon primarily occurs before a tragic death. I am uncertain if it is merely my imagination, but I am convinced that it has happened on several occasions, involving different animals. Perhaps, if we were more attuned to the animal kingdom, we could better interpret their signs and learn to avert danger.
