The question of how long we must wait for those who have crossed over to send us signs or communicate is frequently asked. Based on my experience of over 30 years as a medium, I offer the following insights. There is no fixed rule for when they might communicate or send signs. It can happen whenever they feel it is right, and this timing is not dependent on how long it has been since their passing.
I have encountered instances where some individuals have communicated just a day or two after their passing. In cases of tragic circumstances, the departed were often assisted by helpers on the other side. Interestingly, most mediums agree that there seems to be no sense of time in the afterlife. Spirits describe their existence as having “no yesterday or tomorrow, we just exist.”
As humans, we may struggle with this concept since our lives are heavily dependent on time. It is challenging to imagine what it must be like to exist outside of time. However, our inability to fully comprehend it does not negate its reality.
